OUR STORY
Dragonfly Campers was born from a simple belief - well built travel trailers deserve a second life.
For over a decade, we’ve restored vintage and modern travel trailers. In the early years our focus was on vintage rigs, from the 1940’s – 1970’s, that had been abandoned behind barns, forgotten in fields, or left in backyards to deteriorate. Where most saw scrap, we saw potential.
We began purchasing and rescuing these forgotten trailers, bringing them to our shop and carefully breathing life back into them. Our intention was to preserve their souls while rebuilding them to be one-of-a-kind, safe, functional and beautiful. As our projects have expanded to include newer travel trailer models, our standards have remained the same. We intentionally seek out campers - both vintage (1940’s–1980’s) and modern (1990’s–2026) - that are damaged in the right ways. Dragonfly Campers looks for travel trailers with history worth preserving, solid bones and potential for transformation.
To date, Dragonfly Campers has rehabilitated 50+ travel trailers. We specialize in Airstream RVs, while also working with iconic brands such as Spartan, Vagabond and others. We are a small, highly skilled team of craftsmen who take pride in our work. Our restoration team blends traditional craftsmanship with modern systems, implements thoughtful designs and pays meticulous attention to details. Every Dragonfly Camper is restored with respect for where it’s been - and excitement for where it’s going next.
